I am a graduate student at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign currently pursuing a PhD in English with a concentration in Writing Studies. My research interests include: (community-based) literacy, disability studies, sound studies, multimodal composition, and digital rhetorics. I’m excited to continue teaching Writing Across Media this fall—my course site for my most current iteration of the class can be accessed here.
When I’m not being a graduate student, I enjoy pescetarian cooking, scary movies, and spending time with my two cats—Shosanna and Calliope.
